The 2010 Nobel Prize in Physiology/Medicine was awarded to Robert Adwards for his milestone work in the study and application of In Vitro Fertilization.This study has been attempted and got success in 1959 using rabbit as an animal model，however few researchers considered to apply this study in human because of the limitation of research environment and ethical issues.By laborious hours on this study，Robert Adwards broke through this limitation and achieved the perfect results with the born of Louis Brown—the first tube baby.Although more and more persons have accepted the idea of tube baby，there are some concerns about these technologies and derivatives，including the evaluation of the risk in long-term lifetime.Cooperating with other new technologies，assisted fertilization will make more contribution for improving human health.
