（一）卫星通信产业链卫星通信产业链由通信卫星制造与发射服务、地面设备制造、系统集成和运营服务组成，如图3-2所示126311。通信卫星包括固定通信广播卫星、移动通信广播卫星和数据中继卫星三类，包括卫星制造与发射服务两个环节。目前中国的通信广播卫星仍以支持传统业务为主，向中国境内和周边国家提供固定通信服务，主要由中国卫星通信集团和亚洲卫星公司运营，目前在轨10颗固定通信卫星，在建的通信卫星4颗，为在轨卫星的接替星，如图3-3所示。但目前中国尚无自主研制的宽带通信卫星、移动通信卫星和移动多媒体广播卫星。
